Russia says it has pushed groups that attacked the Russian region of Belgorod back across the border with Ukraine, blaming the incursion on the Ukrainian government and its Western backers, with the Kremlin expressing "deep concern" over the raids, reports Daniel Hawkins, France 24's correspondent in Moscow.
